White Stripes - Outlaw Blues

Today, September 5, is Loudon Wainwright III's 71st birthday. In 1991 he wrote a hilarious birthday song for Dylan which we cannot show here because it's not a cover.
It is also Al Stewart's 72nd birthday. We know him from 'The Year Of The Cat'. He also recorded a few covers... of which there aren't any video's, so we can't hook today's VotD to one of these, sadly.

More importantly: on this day in 1847 Jesse James was born. Dylan mentioned him in Outlaw Blues:
Ain’t gonna hang no picture
Ain’t gonna hang no picture frame
Ain’t gonna hang no picture
Ain’t gonna hang no picture frame
Well, I might look like Robert Ford
But I feel just like a Jesse James

Today's version is by The White Stripes (followed by the Screaming Lord Sutch cover 'Jack The Ripper') live at the Empress Ballroom in Blackpool, England from the concert movie Under Blackpool Lights.
