Steve Piccus - I Shall Be Free No. 10

In the Netherlands the 3rd of February is National Narration Day. Especially for babies and toddlers. These days aim to promote reading to children who can not yet read themselves. The 'Picture Book of the Year' is central during this campaign. 'The National Reading Days' are an initiative of the Dutch National Reading Foundation..
The appropriate cover for this day is obviously "I Shall Be Free No. 10". It has this stanza:

Now they asked me to read a poem
At the sorority sisters’ home
I got knocked down and my head was swimmin’
I wound up with the Dean of Women
Yippee! I’m a poet, and I know it
Hope I don’t blow it

The version here, by Steve Piccus is transferred to blues. Mike Mills on second harp.
