Carla Rhodes

Carla Rhodes is the world's foremost (and only) rock'n'roll ventriloquist. Hailing from Louisville, Kentucky, she's been throwing her voice since the age of 9 and was mentored by the legendary Shari Lewis.

Notable venues include Bowery Ballroom (opening for Neil Hamburger &  Tim Heidecker), Joe's Pub, The Cutting Room, Terminal 5 (opening for the Eels), The Slipper Room and just about every rock'n'roll, burlesque and alternative comedy venue in NYC. She's been up and down the ol' USA from performing in Los Angeles to Dragon*Con in Atlanta at the sold-out Puppet Slam. She's been across the pond to The Glasgow Comedy Festival and appeared on cabaret and vaudeville shows in London too! Whew!
