Daniel Green - Subterranean Round Up Blues
The year was 1965, Singer Bob Dylan released the hit song, "Subterranean Homesick Blues" which became his first Top 40 hit and goes Top 10 in London.
The song deals with young people's decisions about whether to become part of the prevailing culture or to establish a new culture. Fast forward to 2008, and Round Up is banging the door down on $300,000 for tuition assistance. Rolling Stone names the Dylan music video #7 in its list of top 100 Music Videos of all time! The song has been performed from artists as varied as the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Alanis Morisette, INXS, and Weird Al Yankovic, and now St. Thomas releases "Subterranean Round Up Blues." See Fr.
